What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project teams, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop and execute BIM Execution Plans
- Develop 3D models for site logistics, 4D phase planning, virtual mock-ups, and 3D coordination efforts
- Promote the value of VDC with internal and external customers
- Manage and facilitate 3D coordination with design disciplines, subcontractors, and fabricators
- Create 2D/3D/4D/5D deliverables using VDC software such as Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup, Bluebeam, and Fuzor

What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience planning and executing BIM and VDC at the project level
- Strong knowledge of construction delivery methods, practices, and documentation
- Advanced level competency using BIM authoring software such as Revit
- Excellent problem-solving, mathematical, and written/verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience setting up and managing projects in Revizto
- Experience in laser scanning, processing, and deliverable creation
- Part 107 certification
- Experience with drones and associated software for project deliverables
- Programming experience using Dynamo, Python, or similar tools
