What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Virtual Digital Infrastructure Analyst, providing technical assistance related to software and operating systems using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
- Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of software and operating systems
- Coordinate small to medium size software installations and deployments as a project team member
- Stay updated on new developments in information technology through ongoing education and training
- Execute other duties as assigned within the scope of the position
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in computer science or related fields
- One (1) year of professional experience in System Services or a related Information Technology field
- Knowledge and experience in implementing and managing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions
- Professional experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments, including Active Directory
- Experience in network communication concepts and principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in troubleshooting and optimizing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solutions
- Familiarity with security processes for Risk Management and Data Management
- Knowledge of Citrix Application Layers and their implementation for application delivery
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical information
- Proven organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
