What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and manage the virtual classroom for effective training sessions
- Deliver instruction in accordance with established Instructor Guides (IG) and Program of Instruction (POI)
- Conduct practical activities and administer exams and course evaluations
- Facilitate engaging virtual and hybrid learning experiences for students
- Collaborate with the Course Manager to ensure course effectiveness

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five years of relevant emergency management experience or a closely related field
- Working knowledge of adult learning principles and methods for teaching individuals and groups
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage diverse audiences
- Commitment to multi-consecutive day assignments, with weekend and evening availability
- Proficiency in computers, MS Office software, and audio-visual technology

- Completion of a recognized educational methodology course
- Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Well-organized with a demonstrated work record supporting necessary skills
- Thorough knowledge of the programs being instructed
