What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate logistics for marketing and business development webinars, meetings, and events
- Maintain calendars for webinars and virtual meetings
- Develop project plans, tasks, and timelines
- Coordinate technical needs for virtual events and communicate instructions to participants
- Conduct test runs and trainings in virtual platforms
- Serve as host during events and assist with administrative tasks
- Assist with creating invitation lists and coordinating CLE applications
- Track and analyze registration and attendance data
- Obtain feedback to measure participation ROI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of three years of relevant virtual event working experience in a corporate environment
- High proficiency in Webex
- Experience with ON24, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams preferred
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and database applications
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Availability to work overtime

- Experience in a law firm or other professional services organization
- Familiarity with project coordination and management
- Strong organizational and anticipatory skills
