What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex and busy executive schedules
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and project assistance
- Coordinate individual and group travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and appropriate judgment
- Organize meetings and events from start to finish, including logistics and planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong judgment in handling confidential information
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Chief of Staff level duties and/or project management
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics-level responsibilities
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- A wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of 20Mbps+
