What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate travel arrangements for senior-level managers
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain organization of sensitive materials
- Organize meetings and events from start to finish, ensuring all logistics are in place
- Assist with various errands and administrative tasks as needed to support executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- High-speed wired internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in project management or Chief of Staff level duties
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
