What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex schedules and coordinate individual and group travel arrangements
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling confidential information
- Organize meetings and events from start to finish
- Perform various office duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain personal action items and proactively follow up on tasks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- High-speed wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps

- Experience in project management or Chief of Staff-level duties
- Excellent judgment in handling sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
