What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a complex and busy executive calendar
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and project assistance
- Coordinate travel arrangements for individuals and groups
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Organize meetings and events from start to finish
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a wired, high-speed internet connection (20Mbps+ download speed)
