What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage complex schedules for senior-level managers
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and handle logistics for meetings and events
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information
- Create and manage personal action items and follow up on tasks proactively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of the English language and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High-speed wired internet connection (download speed of 20Mbps+)
