      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide virtual counseling on pension plans, tax-deferred annuities, and other investment options to help clients retain and increase assets
      - Educate and facilitate new product purchases, offering authoritative financial planning advice
      - Deliver exceptional customer service and execute transactions for retirement plan participants
      - Utilize knowledge of tax and investment strategies to tailor financial advice to clients' needs
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Institutional Plan Sponsors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; 5+ years preferred
      - University degree preferred
      - Required FINRA registrations: Series 7 and Series 63
      - Must obtain Life and Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date
      - Strong communication and client relationship management skills
