What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop educational content for Virtual Care solutions for clinicians, patients, and caregivers
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and create instructional materials for various devices and users
- Distribute educational content across multiple channels to support Virtual Care change management
- Manage communication strategies for internal and external engagement related to Virtual Care
- Analyze communication effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in developing interactive courseware or multimedia instruction
- Experience with eLearning courses that are SCORM, Tin Can API, or AICC compliant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound content development
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Instructional Technology
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Familiarity with graphic design software
- Knowledge of modern e-learning technologies
