      KenCrest is hiring Entry Level Direct Care Roles for our various locations in Berks, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, and Philadelphia Counties!

      Rate: $16.00+ per hour

      Shifts Available Include: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Overnight, Weekend Only

      Some of What You Might Do:

      • Help individuals with activities of daily living (examples: personal care, meals, and medication, outings and shopping trips).
      • Take part in activities and trips to places like the zoo, the beach, sporting events, and others to help integrate into the community.
      • Support the individual by helping with communication and self-expression
      • General housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
      • Help look for fun activities or ways for individuals to join in community activities
      • Support employment endeavors and career dreams
      • Complete paperwork for incident reports, behavioral data, seizure charts, medical visit forms, etc.

      What We Need From You:

      • One (1) year of experience in supporting individuals with autism and intellectual disabilities, preferred

      FREE MED / CPR / DEFENSIVE DRIVING TRAINING PROVIDED!

      • REQUIRED FOR HIRE:
        • Valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Record (from last 12 months)
        • Clear criminal record, background checks and drug test by state requirements
        • Ability to convey, understand and follow spoken and written instructions in English
        • Strong Communication skills
        • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

      We are requiring all new team members to be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine*, except where a reasonable medical or religious accommodation can be granted.
