What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a Care Coordinator/Youth Mentor/Behavioral Health Tech for residential program
- Work all shifts on a 24/7 basis
- Provide direct care and support to clients
- Participate in virtual hiring events and on-site training
- Collaborate with the team to deliver compassionate care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in behavioral healthcare or related field
- Certification in Mental Health First Aid
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
