- Verify insurance benefits and pursue pre-certification for chemotherapy and supportive drug therapy services
- Maintain knowledge of insurance carrier guidelines and communicate changes in requirements or reimbursement patterns to the management team
- Inform clinical and administrative staff, as well as patients, about benefits verification and pre-certification outcomes
- Educate and counsel patients on their insurance coverage and payment options, providing timely updates during the authorization process
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to work independently
- Previous experience in patient or customer service preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
