What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual hospitalist care to adult patients in the Hospital at Home program
- Treat and monitor patients through virtual visits via the telehealth platform
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, advanced practice clinicians, paramedics, and registered nurses
- Utilize technology provided by the employer to accurately collect patient information and conduct efficient virtual visits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Hospitalist Physician
- Experience providing care to adult patients
- Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for virtual visits
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary care team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Hospital at Home program
- Familiarity with laboratory, infusion therapy, wound care, imaging, PT, OT, EKG Services, and medication delivery services
