      The National Security Sector at Leidos is currently looking for Virtual Instructional Design professional for Fort Eisenhower, GA. This position will support the Warfighter Readiness requirements providing support in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of virtual learning solutions that meet the requirements of Mission Command. The role requires a combination of instructional design expertise, creativity, and technical proficiency.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and objectives.
      • Design and develop engaging virtual learning experiences using instructional design principles and best practices.
      • Create interactive multimedia content, including videos, simulations, and assessments, to enhance the learning experience.
      • Utilize e-learning authoring tools (such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar) to develop online courses and modules.
      • Ensure content is accessible and inclusive, adhering to relevant standards and guidelines.
      • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in instructional design and e-learning to continuously improve our offerings.
      • Collaborate with the technology team to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the virtual learning platform.
      • Maintain project documentation, including design documents, storyboards, and project plans.
      • Must be able to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS).

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
      • Proven experience with creativity and innovation in designing engaging and interactive learning experiences.
      • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 or more years relevant experience. Additional directly related experience may offset the degree requirements.
      • Must have an active DoD Secret security clearance.
      • Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
      • Ability to travel up to 10% (CONUS/OCONUS).

      Pay Range:

      Pay Range $49,400.00 - $89,300.00

      The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
