Job Description
- Req#: 9585
- Engage potential members and agents in the underwriting process over live
- online video.
Provide instruction for the overall process and the sub-steps as it progresses - Track and record participants results and progress
- Monitor for and document anomalies (eg strange behavior, potential fraud,
- flawed execution that would render false results)
Troubleshoot issues that occur during the session - Background in virtual customer service, ideally over live video.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to deliver clear and concise instructions according to a script.
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience in a customer facing service role.
- Experience in banking, financial product or insurance tele sales is a plus.
- Must be comfortable with working computer programs as well as learning new software.
- Comfortable with multitasking.
- Works well under pressure.
- Comfortable with managing conversations with patient and providing guidance through the interview process.

The Virtual Telephonic Interviewer is responsible for performing virtual interviews collecting information for clients who have applied for insurance coverage. This is a Temporary position with the possibility for it to become permanent.

The base pay for this position is starting at $16/hour depending on experience and qualifications.
