      OLE DECRIPTION:


      Global Diagnostics is currently seeking a Virtual Lab Coordinator to assist in management of the Global Digital Cytopathology Service and Zoetis Clinical Consultation Service. Responsibilities of this role will include assisting with daily operations of both services, liaising with colleague and contracted pathologists and consultants, and interacting with veterinary customers. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to build and foster relationships with customers and KOLs, and a passion for service to the veterinary community.       RESPONSIBILITES:

      • Assist the Virtual Laboratory Managers with daily operations of both the Global Digital Cytopathology Service and Zoetis Clinical Consultation Service
      • Manage relationships with contract clinical pathologists and consultants
      • Coordinate with full-time boarded specialists in both services
      • Liaise with members of the global diagnostics customer support, technical support, product management, and IT/Connectivity teams
      • Foster positive, collaborative relationships within Zoetis and with our customers and KOLs
      • Identify and implement service improvements
      • Assist with management of agreements, NDAs, contracts and monthly invoice reconciliation


      QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • A background in the veterinary industry e.g. licensed veterinary technician or veterinary assistant is strongly preferred.

      • Experience in managing relationships and ensuring high quality service
      • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
      • Professional presence and ability to foster a collaborative team environment
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytic and problem-solving abilities
      • Strong commitment to service
      • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and to work at a fast pace while ensuring a high level of quality
      • Flexibility to changing methods and technologies
      • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills

      The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to
      be located in (Colorado). Base pay may vary based on location and other factors.

      Base Pay Range: $71,000 - $102,000

      The following base pay range reflects the anticipated base pay for this position if a selected candidate were to be located in (California), (NJ Remote), (NY Remote), or (Washington). Base pay may vary based on location and
      other factors.

      Base Pay Range: $75,000 - $115,000
