What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Facilitate the virtual lab for students taking asynchronous courses
- Monitor student behavior and maintain discipline in the virtual lab
- Assist students with learning and provide one-on-one assistance
- Maintain records of student progress and develop instructional materials
- Perform general clerical duties and support classroom organization and cleanliness

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Must be able to use various equipment and classroom tools
- Ability to compare and judge data and information
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong reading and writing abilities
- Basic mathematical and spatial aptitude

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

- Previous experience as a virtual lab facilitator or in a similar role
- Familiarity with student handbook rules and emergency procedures
