What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Adhere to TEA and the district's policies and procedures
- Take daily attendance each period
- Monitor student progress in virtual courses, including daily monitoring, printing, and analyzing progress reports
- Communicate student behavior and course progress concerns to appropriate school personnel
- Communicate and collaborate with virtual teachers

What is Required (Qualifications):

- Minimum of 48 college hours or high school diploma/equivalent plus pass a District Assessment
- Educational Aide Certification
- Ability to work and communicate with high school students and adults effectively
- Must maintain emotional control under stress
- High level of comfort with technology, including online learning environments
