What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process for new prospects
- Coordinate live virtual tours and move-in needs for approved applicants
- Focus on high conversion of leads to leases through effective communication and market knowledge
- Respond to phone and email inquiries, conduct virtual tours, and complete application requirements
- Participate in property meetings, complete Craigslist postings, and comply with all company standards and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retail
- Real estate or other required license as per state law
- Experience using Yardi or related property management software
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work a flexible schedule

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in leasing and selling preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
