What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist members with inquiries from the Virtual Lending channel
- Perform all loan origination and closing duties
- Prepare loan documents for funding and notary
- Provide financial direction to members to meet their financial needs
- Cross-sell payment protection, GAP, and rescued loans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the terms of the SAFE Act of 2008
- Minimum three years’ experience of consumer lending in a financial institution
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a call center or sales related position
- Previous coaching, mentoring, or training experience
