What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support high-profile clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure accurate delivery of all events within established service level agreements
- Keep up to date on product functions, trainings, and release dates
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with internal/external customers and team members
- Provide analysis and feedback to management staff and appropriate departments regarding recurring problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Professional, clear, and concise telephone manner
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Punctuality and dependability
- Solution-based thinker with the ability to resolve problems and escalate unresolved issues
- High School diploma or GED required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum one year of customer service experience, preferably in the conference industry
- Basic knowledge of web conferencing platforms preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- Fluency in English and/or other specified languages depending on the position
- Ability to work flexible schedules
