- To “deliver an unexpected experience” by consistently providing outstanding service to internal and external members with every interaction.
- Develop new virtual banking relationships through inbound and outbound video calling.
- Communicate frequently and proactively with potential and existing members using a variety of technologies including video and other provided solutions.
- Collaborate with local branch partners to maximize sales efforts and cross sell other products and services that the credit union offers.
- Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
- Evaluate credit information and requests to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
- Responsible to meet or exceed established sales and service goals.
- Maintaining CUTX internal control standards, including up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and marketing campaigns.
- Remain compliant with all financial regulations including: BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, internal and external audit points, etc as they apply to the duties of the position.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.

Position Purpose and Objectives
Responsible for assisting new and potential members in identifying financial and lending needs through virtual channels. Utilize digital resources and other technology to drive new memberships; learn to manage risk and credit decisions; and service existing members through video software.

Education : High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years or more of similar or related experience.
