What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Respond to monitoring alarms, identify abnormalities, and interpret cardiac arrhythmias
- Ensure safe patient monitoring by adjusting alarm parameters, documenting abnormalities, and tracking patient activities
- Interpret cardiac rhythm with strips and document in Electronic Medical Record
- Provide virtual observation of at-risk patients and ensure patient safety
- Maintain shift documentation and provide unit hand-off report

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- One year of related experience preferred
- Cardiac rhythm analysis technician (CRAT) certification preferred
- AHA BLS-HCP certification required within 60 days of hire
- Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Virtual Monitor Tech or similar role in a healthcare setting
