What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients
- Support nursing staff on the floor while observing patients from the Virtual Care Operations Center
- Ensure patient safety due to behavior-related risks
- Implement personalized care plans for patients
- Maintain a high level of vigilance during night shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required
- Related Healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts with weekend rotation
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
- Certification in patient safety or related field
