What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide continuous observation and surveillance of assigned patients due to safety risks
- Virtually support nursing staff on the floor from the Virtual Care Operations Center
- Develop personalized care plans for patients
- Ensure superior service and care to all patients
- Utilize provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) as required
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate or Equivalent required
- Related healthcare experience preferred
- Must have Provider BLS certification
- Availability for 36 hours/week on night shift with weekend rotation
