What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor Project Green Light (PGL) locations and other video assets
- Document events occurring at PGL locations and related video sources
- Notify supervisors of significant or critical incidents observed
- Observe and report elements of crime using video streams
- Communicate with dispatch regarding locations of active crimes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- College student (junior or senior status) with coursework in Criminal Justice or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent customer service experience in a responsible office setting is preferred
- One (1) to three (3) years of experience in video monitoring, investigations, or security operations is preferred

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
