What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage incoming communications via phone, chat, email, and CRM system
- Support professional eCommerce channels and handle claims management
- Assist with inquiries related to loyalty programs and technical support
- Collaborate with field teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience or training
- Strong written communication skills and ability to multitask efficiently
- Minimum typing speed of 45 words per minute
- Availability between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, with flexibility for additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Call center or customer service experience
- Bilingual in French/English or Spanish/English
- Knowledge of automotive products and services
