What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough intake and nursing admission assessments
- Determine appropriate levels of care in consultation with MDs
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources
- Document inquiry calls, nursing reports, and assessment outcomes
- Provide thorough communication with physicians and nursing staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred
- Licensed RN with compact license (NLC)
- Minimum of 1+ years of related experience
- Current BLS certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
