      Qualifications:

      - Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
      - Proven experience in virtual reality, augmented reality, or extended reality design and development, preferably in the automotive industry.
      - Strong knowledge of VR/XR tools, software, and platforms, such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Oculus, or HTC Vive.
      - Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes, assembly line operations, and electric vehicle technologies is highly desirable.
      - Proficiency in 3D modeling, animation, and visualization software, such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

      Responsibilities:

      VR/XR Design and Development:
      - Utilize VR/XR tools and software to design and develop virtual experiences that simulate automotive manufacturing environments, processes, and equipment.
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate their requirements into effective VR/XR solutions.
      - Create interactive 3D models and visualizations of automotive components and systems.
      - Optimize virtual environments to accurately reflect real-world manufacturing conditions and facilitate realistic training simulations.

      Process Optimization and Simulation:
      - Identify areas in the automotive manufacturing and EV production workflows where VR/XR technologies can improve efficiency, productivity, and safety.
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to implement VR/XR-driven process improvements and monitor their impact on production metrics.

      Training and Education:
      - Design and deliver VR/XR training modules for automotive manufacturing personnel, focusing on assembly techniques, safety protocols, and EV-specific knowledge.
      - Develop interactive tutorials, guided simulations, and virtual assessments to enhance learning outcomes and retention.
      - Evaluate the effectiveness of VR/XR training programs and make iterative improvements.

      Collaboration and Communication:
      - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.
      - Effectively communicate complex VR/XR concepts and designs to both technical and non-technical team members.
      - Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, present project updates, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
      - Foster relationships with external partners, research institutions, and industry experts to stay informed about best practices and advancements in VR/XR design for automotive manufacturing.
