      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage healthcare professionals (HCPs) through outbound calls to promote assigned client products
      - Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs while educating them on product features and benefits
      - Manage daily call responsibilities to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
      - Verify and complete required data entry in CRM systems, documenting interactions and follow-up actions
      - Collaborate with team members to drive sales goals and account penetration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
      - Minimum of 1+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience
      - Ability to understand and explain complex scientific information over the phone
      - Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology or specialty pharmaceuticals
      - Experience with remote engagement virtual sales during COVID-19
      - Familiarity with digital meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams
      - Experience in rare disease markets is a plus
      - Proven ability to build rapport and actively listen to customer needs
