What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure adherence to high-quality and safety standards across all virtual care activities
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided through virtual interactions
- Analyze data from virtual visits to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Lead efforts to prevent misdiagnoses, medication errors, and data breaches
- Refine communication practices and streamline processes to enhance patient interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a complex healthcare work environment; 5 years preferred
- Valid, active, unencumbered Nursing license or temporary permit approved by the state licensing board
- Proficiency in Quality Improvement Methodology, Data Collection, and Analysis
- Experience with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records is essential
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Quality Analytics and/or Patient Safety Management
- Active Georgia nursing license, eligible for licensure in GA
- Active compact/multi-state license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire
- Strong critical thinking and data synthesis skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development in virtual nursing and quality management
