What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Admit new patients into VSC service and triage patients off the VSC service
- Evaluate patient initiation criteria and assign monitoring responsibilities
- Ensure patients are appropriately connected to the camera device
- Act as a liaison between the virtual safety companion team, nursing staff, and operations manager
- Escalate patient conditions and provide guidance to virtual safety companions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma/GED
- 1 year of related experience
- Supervisor, team lead, or coordinator experience preferred
- Medical terminology knowledge preferred
- Bilingual preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare-related service
