      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive and deliver sales targets by monitoring team performance and implementing strategic initiatives
      - Oversee sales cadences focusing on revenue attainment and opportunity identification
      - Develop and maintain performance reports for the Virtual Sales Representative team
      - Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and relay customer feedback to leadership
      - Provide coaching and training to Virtual Sales Representatives in key selling techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
      - 5-7 years of experience in sales (virtual preferred) and 2-3 years as a first-line manager
      - Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and fostering a culture of inclusion
      - Experience with virtual/digital sales techniques and CRM tools
      - Ability to travel up to 20% and reside in the Charlotte Metro, NC area

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience within the medical products/services industry
      - Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies
      - Strong understanding of digital working methods
      - Experience with MS Office applications
