What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual sales presentations via Zoom, building trust and educating customers
- Identify customer needs and utilize the employer's proven sales presentation techniques
- Negotiate and close sales effectively
- Attend daily sales and training meetings for ongoing development
- Collaborate with team members during coaching sessions to improve sales techniques
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen, credit check, and criminal background check
- Basic computer and math skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

- Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms
- Strong persuasive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
