      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify expiring service contracts and warranties to initiate the sales renewal process
      - Uncover opportunities to target for increased capture rate of the total capital equipment portfolio
      - Generate and create quotes for service contract renewals with accuracy and competitiveness
      - Collaborate with internal and external team members to strategize sales approaches
      - Provide advanced service sales support and mentorship to team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 3+ years of sales or inside sales experience
      - Proven ability to convert prospects and close deals while meeting sales quotas
      - Strong objection handling skills
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
      - Adaptability to learn new products, programs, and processes quickly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with customer relationship management software
      - Previous experience in the medical device industry
