What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve unit and revenue expectations while managing accounts, leads, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system
- Schedule and conduct meetings with new prospects via telephone and email campaigns
- Identify customer needs and present solutions to key stakeholders to drive revenue and market share
- Develop sales skills and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the employer’s product offerings
- Address and escalate client concerns to Service Partners as needed to ensure satisfactory resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant sales or marketing
- Ability to create and manage sales activity forecasts accurately
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in consultative sales or business development
- Familiarity with HR technology solutions and industry trends
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
