What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement marketing and sales strategies to promote NN portfolio of products to HCPs through remote/virtual means
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and current co-promotion partners
- Develop territory business plans based on market conditions and patient needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business impact and share knowledge
- Demonstrate proficiency in implementing the Novo Nordisk selling model with external customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s or equivalent degree, and/or PharmD required
- Previous experience in retail, non-retail/inside sales or customer service
- Intermediate computer skills required; prior experience using sales data/call reporting software ideal
- Excellent customer service skills with solid understanding of diabetes and obesity disease states
- Ability to establish rapport, build relationships, and close sales
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in retail, non-retail/inside sales or customer service in a healthcare-related industry
