      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach Customer First Service Center (CFSC) team members and Team Leads to enhance productivity and customer service
      - Monitor team performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency
      - Analyze service center operations and implement enhancements to processes and systems
      - Communicate departmental changes and ensure compliance with relevant laws and policies
      - Manage multiple projects and initiatives to support CFSC team operations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
      - 3-5 years of related experience in a customer service or retail environment
      - Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other Microsoft Suite applications
      - Experience in service center operations and multi-functional team environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - ASE Certification preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification if not already
      - Familiarity with AAP Store Systems, AS400, Verint, PowerBI, and Salesforce
