What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach the Customer First Service Center (CFSC) team, ensuring effective customer service support and issue resolution
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Analyze service center operations and recommend staffing reorganizations as necessary
- Communicate changes that affect team members and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Manage multiple projects and initiatives to support CFSC operations and staffing needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 3-5 years of related experience in customer service or service center management
- Proven leadership skills and experience in a complex, rapidly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with service center operations and multi-functional teams
- Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, AS400, or PowerBI
- ASE Certification (preferred but not required) and willingness to obtain certification
