Our physicians have wrap-around practice and administrative support to do many of the things that aren’t clinical, from answering emails to providing follow-up instructions, to helping secure social services for your patients.We take care of you, too, with exceptional compensation packages, market-leading retirement contributions, gold-star health benefits, generous PTO, continuing medical education time and allowance, and leadership development through our in-house Northwest Permanente University.Position Overview:Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care physician to join our growing medical group as a full-time, 40 hour (1.0 FTE) Virtualist Physician to cover 4-hour day, weekend, holiday, and evening shifts. Must be able to see all ages.Our Convenient Care Virtualist Physicians provide care in key service lines including 24/7 on-demand video and phone visits in a Virtual Urgent Care space. We are recruiting highly motivated and innovative physicians who are committed to leveraging the latest technology platforms to provide seamless, coordinated care and an exceptional patient experience. Applicants should have experience with telehealth and digital health technologies or be enthusiastic about learning how to fully adopt telehealth into their daily practice. Three years direct patient care experience post training required.Candidates will be considered for fully remote virtual positions if residents of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.Working for Northwest Permanente, our Get Care Now Physicians enjoy:$298,000-354,000– Projected Annual Total Rewards Value*

      • Salary: $212,800-239,500
      • 21% employer contribution to retirement programs, including pension (This is not a match; NWP contributes an additional 21% of clinician earnings to retirement programs regardless of employee contribution)
