What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Confirm provider calendars and ensure all medical records are available for virtual visits
- Initiate virtual visits with patients, collect registration and co-payment, and gather pertinent medical information
- Communicate with patients, providers, and other team members remotely
- Correct and maintain registration error work queues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1-year of customer service experience
- Proficient with technology
- Private and professional appearing remote work location required
