What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide virtual patient care for medical spine and pain management (70% of the role)
- Manage department in-basket tasks to ensure efficient operations (30% of the role)
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Participate in clinical decision-making and treatment planning
- Support patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring high-quality care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Board certification/board eligibility in Family or Adult Medicine
- Minimum of 5+ years of outpatient clinician experience
- Must reside in the state of Minnesota
- Strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
- Experience in virtual care settings is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Pain Management
- Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Proven track record of improving patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
