What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer all incoming customer alarms while providing excellent customer service, including communication with police and fire authorities

- Assess and evaluate opportunities for problem-solving and customer education
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address potential issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of data entry experience required
- Experience with multi-line phones or soft phone systems required
- 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center or 911 communications experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Any certified training or knowledge of access control, fire, and burglary systems is a plus
- Experience in upselling products and services to customers
