      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Anticipate and address problems associated with moderately complex projects by developing creative solutions
      - Collaborate with team members and leaders, sharing knowledge and responsibilities effectively

      - Utilize design processes and techniques to create custom products and troubleshoot production issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - U.S. Citizenship
      - Successful completion of a drug test and security investigation
      - Undergraduate or graduate education in a relevant field such as commercial art, fine arts, or visual communication
      - Experience in planning and preparing visual materials, including photographs, illustrations, and maps
      - Working knowledge of design principles and industry-standard software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
      - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
      - Familiarity with GIS tools and basic cartography best practices
      - Experience mentoring or teaching others in design processes
      - Advanced training in a vocational or technical institute related to the field
