- Experienced in the methods, techniques, software tools, and materials employed in the visual arts, including expertise in visual design aesthetics and fundamentals, such as layout, color theory, and typography; AND
- Proficiency using standard graphic design, data visualization, and desktop publishing software, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Publisher; AND
- Experienced in designing for print and web applications.
This position is located within the United States Department of the Treasury, Departmental Offices (DO), Under Secretary of Domestic Finance (DF), Office of Financial Research (OFR), Operations Division, Operational Support Section. This position develops graphic art and visual information work. The incumbent is tasked with visually representing financial information to internal and external audiences affecting the overall success of the Office.

Specialized experience for the OR-53 (GS-13 equivalent): You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the OR-52 (GS-12 equivalent) grade level in the Federal service.
