      Position

      ROLE: The West Coast Regional Visual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for the implementation and upkeep of BVLGARI's Visual Merchandising standards across all points-of-sale (POS) within the West Coast Market. This role involves extensive travel throughout the region, conducting store visits, executing strategic initiatives, training, and event set-up. The Specialist will report directly to the Corporate Visual Merchandising Manager and will assist in strategic planning efforts.

      Job responsibilities

      RESPONSIBILITIES: • Ensure that visual guidelines are properly executed in all stores in accordance with brand standards and corporate supervision. • Implement corporate visual merchandising (VM) guidelines across all points of sale, including boutiques, wholesale, and travel retail locations. • Provide clear feedback to store teams regarding product setups, product allocation, prop usage and storage, store appearance, and visual processes. • Train retail management and associates on visual standards and guidelines during store visits. • Oversee VM installs and dismantles in partnership with VM Production. • Oversee the visual merchandising setup and planning for all new store openings in the West Coast Market. • Create VM photo reports with clear documentation of all store visits, strategic initiatives, and events using PowerPoint. • Manage prop inventory across all POS and communicate replenishment needs to VM Manager. • Support brand events by managing product setups, dismantling, and showroom organization. • Partner with corporate headquarters and external vendors on various visual projects. • Act as a point of contact to Regional VPs to align on visual communication and implementation.

      Profile

      • 3+ years of Visual Merchandising experience (In-store and/or corporate role) • Los Angeles based (preferred) • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) • Extremely organized with attention for detail • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial, ‘can do’ attitude • Strong communication, interpersonal, & problem-solving skills • Multi-task seamlessly, shifting priorities as business requires • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment • Must be able to work flexible hours, when needed on project basis • Ability to work well with various teams • Passion for retail and elevating the brand • Travel is required • Ability to lift 10-25 lbs.
