  Job Description:
  
  o 10+ years of experience building technical solutions. 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem. Minimum of 2 Salesforce Industry (Vlocity) implementation hands on, end-to-end Experience in Salesforce Communications Cloud.
  o Having hands-on in Experience cloud with UI customizations is required
  o Collaborate with Functional team to determine best approach to implement Salesforce Industries solutions.
  o Working closely with the clients to understand through workshops Client’s business challenges, complex business processes and requirements. Help to solution based on Vlocity and Salesforce platforms.
  o Adherence to architectural, quality, and other standards mutually agreed upon with the client and other teams (Multi team engagement)
  o Prepare solution using components that are within Industry managed package for the core capability and using standard Salesforce components for platform level requirements such as Security, Personas, Integration and Data migration.
  o Present the solution to client IT team and Design Review Board for get the feedback and necessary approvals for the any customizations.
  o Ensure that solution provided in scalable and extensible for future needs of the client and follows Industry best practices.
  o In-depth knowledge of key processes in industry specific CRM solutions (e.g. Quote to Order, MACD, Enterprise Product Modelling)
  o Provide technical level guidance & support to development team.
  o Provide scoping, estimation of the requirements. Provide module breakdown for sprints based on MVP.
  o Prepare technical design document based on the best practices.
  o Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
  o Expected to be knowledgeable and experienced in the domain.
  
  Technical Skills:
  o Must have Vlocity Data Model knowledge.
  o Hands-on experience with Vlocity DataRaptor, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity OmniScript, VlocityDX, Vlocity Integration Procedures, Vlocity CPQ, and either Vlocity EPC or Ratings Engine, LWC.
  o Must have integration experience using REST, SOAP APi.
  o Experience in Dev Ops for CI/CD.
  o Certifications in Salesforce & Vlocity: Platform Developer II, Platform App Builder, Saleforce Certified Omnistudio Developer, Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer etc.
