      What role will you play?

      • Co-create digital transformation roadmap to satisfy business needs covering the whole supply chain; identify and prioritize potential digital transformation opportunities/Solutions in VM/LOG-CN according to digital transformation goals, and work with key stakeholders to form feasible projects
      • Act as digital hub, to consolidate all digital related information/solutions regarding logistics & derive digital talent competence development plan
      • Act as digital consultant, and support functional leaders in digital transformation in logistics
      • Improve interest / literacy in digital transformation across leadership and working level, and create digital culture penetration plan

      Qualifications

      1.Education: Master’s degree or above, supply chain management or relevant major is preferred;

      2.Working experience: 1-5 years working experience of logistics demand planning or market forecast or data analytics, as well as project experience with digital application;

      3.Knowledge:

      -Familiar with SQL/Python/PowerBI (or other relevant BI tool)
      -Familiar with software product development process, can bridge the business requirement among function area and ICO/BDO/BD/MFD team

      4.Language:High English language proficiency level

      5.Others:

      - Highly developed oral and written communication skills, and able to explain complex ideas/concepts with accuracy
      - Be enterprising and industrious with a desire to establish a professional practice in program management
      - Be a strategic thinker and problem solver with good interpersonal skills and relationship management skills
